this recipe will serve 4 cups ,213 calories per cup;


12 ounces of coconut milk,(one can of coconut milk),or your homemade one.

one and 3/4 cup of water 

2 tablespoons of maple syrup

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 teaspoon dolomite powder (source of calcium)

Mix all the ingredients together in a medium-low heat,and heat until warm and dolomite is dissolved .

It is your substitute for the cow's milk if you are allergic to it.

Healthiest types of Fat 

Calories in a cup of coconut milk is much higher than in a cup of dairy milk ,due to the high nutritional fat level it contains, I mean in the whole coconut milk not in the light one from which coconut cream has been separated.
