Coconut is a wonderful gift from Mother Nature. It’s not only because it is healthy, but also because we can use it in a variety of ways in the form of innumerable coconut products. It is interesting to know how many things we can get from a coconut. Here are some tasty, pure, healthy and wholesome coconut products!
we recommend virgin coconut oil that is produced in traditional way .The high content of oil in coconuts makes it easy to extract the oil. People in the tropics solely depend on coconut oil as a major source of vegetable oil to use.Most commercial coconut oil is refined, bleached, and deodorised(RBD).Virgin coconut oil is pure white in the solid state and clear crystal when liquified.
Virgin coconut oil is extracted from fresh coconut meat with variety of methods, including gentle heating, fermentation, refrigeration and mechanical centrifugation.
Virgin coconut oil can also be used for cooking and topically (on the skin).
It is a delicious, satisfying slightly sweet thick milk. Don't confuse it with coconut water. Coconut milk is extracted from the coconut meat. It can be used to substitute dairy milk .
For those who are allergic to dairy milk can make a delicious coconut milk tonic ,that is formulated to have the same number of calories and the same amount of calcium as whole milk does, with the extra benefits of it’s coconut oil.It has been used topically for hair and skin and you can make a delicious recipes such as curries,desserts and sauces.

We don't make coconut water or extract it from coconuts.It is naturally present in the middle of the fruit. we need certain tools to get it such as a hammer and punch or a drill.
