Minerals, like sodium, magnesium, calcium and phosphorus are the electrolytes that control the acid/base balance.
We all aware of the importance of acid base balance for the body to function normally and for the health and beauty to take place in our life. This balance is measured by the ph. If it is less than 7 is acidic and above 7 is alkaline.
Acidity is a very common unhealthy state with decreased ph. level caused by consuming a demineralized food, and most of us suffer from.
Acidity is a major cause of inflammation, which is the underlying cause for many chronic health problems, such as; arthritis, allergies, obesity and autoimmune diseases.
Highest concentration of silicon in the body is in the skin, hair and nails. It improves skin health and wrinkles. It gives hair strength and lustre. .Signs of silicon deficiency are thin and brittle hair and nails, hair loss, weak bones and tendons and prematurely aged skin .food rich in silicon are ;Tomatoes (in its skin) ,Cucumbers(in the skin), Horsetail ,Radish ,Romaine lettuce ,Oats, and comfrey .
In nature sulphur present as MSM (methyl-sufonyle-methane) and it is found in the amino acids: methionine, taurine, cysteine, and cystine .with vitamin C it builds new tissues for hair, nails and skin. Because sulphur is easily destroyed by normal heat, most people are sulphur deficient.
Sulphur residue foods are;
Cabbage, hot chilis/peppers,broccoli,Brussels sprouts,garlic,hemp seeds ,horseradish kale ,bee pollen (the most complete food found in nature),onions, mustard ,pumpkin seeds, radishes(black , red and daikon),spirulina and watercress.

Food sources of Zinc are; Oyster, Beef, lamp, Coconuts, egg yolk, poppy seeds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, pecans, sesame seeds.
zinc overdose due to excessive zinc intake can cause hair loss ,but this problem cant happen with natural food supplement consumption.
